This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of VeltroviaTech infrastructure and services. This is a placeholder policy pending full legal review before commercial launch.
Prohibited Activities
Our infrastructure may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), unauthorized telecom traffic (including SIMbox/GSM gateway fraud), or transmission of malware.
Email & SMTP Use
SMTP infrastructure is provided for transactional and permission-based application email only. Unsolicited bulk or cold email is not permitted.
Voice Traffic
Voice and SIP traffic must comply with applicable telecom regulations in origin and destination countries, including robocall and consent requirements where applicable.
IPRN Traffic
All IPRN traffic must comply with destination-country regulations. Fraudulent or artificially inflated traffic is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.
